· Must I complete your checkout before submitting payment?
Yes. By completing our easy to use secure checkout, you guarantee we will receive accurate shipping and payment information.
· Do I need to pay sales tax?
You must pay sales tax if you are a resident of either Indiana or Ohio. Indiana residents pay 7% sales tax. Ohio residents pay 6.75% sales tax.
· What is a “refurbished” item?
A refurbished item has been inspected, tested and adjusted by the manufacturer back to original factory specifications to function as new . There may or may not be minor imperfections in the finish; Regardless, it is guaranteed to be in excellent cosmetic condition. The item will be in the manufacturer's packaging specific for refurbished product. The accessories included are mentioned in the listing under the Item includes tab.
· What is an “open box” item?
An open box item was either a demonstration model or a return. It will be in perfect working condition. The item may or may not have slight cosmetic imperfections or be enclosed in packaging that shows signs of being opened. Unless specifically noted in the description, it will include the original manufacturer's warranty and be complete with all original accessories.
· Do you have a store location where I can pick up my order?
We do not have a store location at this time. All orders must be shipped to your location.
· How much will it cost to ship my package?
We provide a shipping calculator in every listing. Please use this tool to calculate shipping options and their rates to your area.
· What is included in the shipping rate?
The shipping fee, handling charge and insurance are included in the shipping rate.
· May I use my UPS or FedEx shipping account?
It is possible to use your UPS shipping account. Please contact us with your UPS account #. There will be a $5.00 handling fee to process your shipment. We do not ship via FedEx.
· Do you ship to my country?
At this time, we only ship within the USA, to Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand and UK. We do not accept payments from, nor do we ship to, any other country.
· For international shipping, will you mark the item as a gift or declare a lower value?
We will not mark an item as a gift nor will we misrepresent an item's value.
· What are the customs duties and/or fees I will be charged upon international delivery?
We do not have access to this information. You will need to contact the appropriate authorities at your local customs agency for details on such inquiries.
· Do you sell grey market or parallel import products?
We do not sell grey market or parallel import items. The new products we sell are complete with all original accessories and original USA warranty as shipped to us from the manufacturer.
· If there is a manufacturer’s rebate available, will it be valid outside the USA?
As a general rule, the rebate offered by the manufacturer will only be valid in the USA. Please contact the manufacturer directly if you have any questions concerning international rebate coverage.
· Is the manufacturer’s warranty covered outside the USA?
Depending upon the manufacturer, the warranty may or may not cover certain countries outside the USA. Please check with the manufacturer first to see if a USA warranty will be covered in your country. If you reside outside the USA and you want warranty coverage that is not offered by the manufacturer, we do offer the MACK worldwide warranty.
· Do you offer an extended warranty on the products you offer?
If an extended warranty is not already included in the listing or auction, then please contact us for availability. A manufacturer’s extended USA warranty may be available or we also offer MACK worldwide warranty options.
· What does a MACK worldwide warranty cover?
The MACK worldwide warranty covers the same conditions as covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Please check with MACK @ http://www.mackcam.com/for detailed information on their warranty coverage and procedures.
* The MACK warranty must be purchased and activated within 30 days from the product's purchase.
