Payment Options

• Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard): For buyer and seller protection, we only ship to the credit card billing address (monthly statement mailing address). Payment will be declined if the ship-to address provided in our secure checkout does not match the billing address.

• Money Order/Cashier's Check: This method of payment must be in US funds. Include your name, address, e-mail address, order number and product description along with your payment.

• We do not accept personal checks, wire transfers, C.O.D, or escrow accounts.

• We will not accept a payment from a country we do not ship to.

• Photoworld reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a refund for any reason.

 Product Availability
We do our best to ensure that a product listed as available is in stock and ready to ship. However, inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or a rush of orders placed on a particular product with limited availability. If this does happen, a full refund will be promptly issued.

 

Sales Tax

• Residents of Indiana are required by law to pay 7% in sales tax.

• Residents of Ohio are required by law to pay 6.75% in sales tax.

• For tax exempt status, we must be contacted directly to place an order. A copy of the buyer's Tax Exempt / Retail Certificate is required before the order is processed.

• Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands - Taxes may be assessed upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

• International - Taxes may be assessed upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

USA Product

Photoworld does not sell grey market or parallel import products. All new products we sell are complete with all original accessories and USA warranty as shipped to us from the manufacturer.

 

Warranty

Unless specified otherwise, the manufacturer’s full USA warranty will be included with the product purchased. The length of any given product's warranty depends upon the Manufacturer and/or product. Depending upon the manufacturer, there may or may not be a worldwide warranty included with the product.
