RETURNS

All new merchandise sold by Photoworld will include the manufacturer’s full USA warranty. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, a return for refund or replacement must be requested within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Beyond this timeframe, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty coverage.
Non-Returnable Items

  • Product missing manufacturer’s original packaging/accessories/manuals/software/blank warranty card.
  • Product in which the UPC label has been removed from the package
  • Physically damaged product
  • Product removed from sealed packaging
  • Heat/light sensitive materials such as film, paper, chemistry, ink cartridges & inkjet paper
  • Inkjet printers with inks installed
  • Underwater equipment
  • Books
  • Bulbs, Lamps
  • Product with headphones/earphones

Returns require prior authorization by Photoworld. Please email sales@photoworld.comwith your reason for the return request and state your preference for refund or replacement. RA #, to be valid for 7 days, will be promptly emailed upon approval. Please note returns will be subject to inspection before a refund or replacement is issued.

Return Shipping
Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer, including returns due to an “undeliverable shipment” or “refused delivery”. COD or freight-collect shipments will not be accepted. Please use a secure, trackable shipping method as Photoworld will not be held liable for the loss or damage of packages while in-transit.
Item Condition
Merchandise must be returned as it was originally received, properly packed within a shipping carton. The product must be in original factory new unused condition, complete in the manufacturer’s undamaged box with all original packaging materials, accessories, paperwork/manuals, software and blank warranty/registration card. If the above conditions are not met, the package may either be refused or a minimum restocking fee of 20% may be assessed.
Refund
Within three business days upon return, a refund will be issued minus the shipping fees Photoworld incurred to ship the order. Original and incurred shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item to be refunded is deemed defective by Photoworld.
Replacement
Within three business days upon return, the replacement of a defective product will ship at Photoworld’s expense
