SHIPPING
Fulfillment
- Expected Ship Date – Within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- Expected Delivery Date – In transit time includes business days only and will vary according to the carrier & shipping option chosen by the buyer during checkout.
- Weekend days and Holidays are not considered business days (Please refer to the preferred shipping carrier’s website for Holiday schedule).
- Tracking information is provided via email after shipment.
Options & Rates
- A shipping rate calculator is provided within each listing. Enter the city/town, state, country and postal code for a list of available shipping options and their respective rates.
- The rate includes the shipping charge, handling fees and insurance coverage.
- We ship either via UPS or USPS at the buyer's discretion, unless otherwise indicated.
- Only USPS ships to a PO Box. If UPS is chosen by the buyer, the shipping carrier will default to USPS.
- Please refer to the preferred shipping carrier's website for in-transit delivery times.
- Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days and therefore are not included in shipping times.
Domestic Shipping
- We ship within the 48 Contiguous States, to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands and APO/FPO Military Bases.
- Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands - Excise tax based on the value of the goods purchased may be assessed upon delivery and will be the responsibility of the recipient. Contact the appropriate local authorities for inquiries relating to a potential excise tax. We will not misrepresent an item's value or declare as a gift.
- APO/FPO Military Bases - USPS is the only method of shipment available and does not provide tracking information. We will not be held responsible for lost shipments.
- We ship to the address directly associated with the payment. Please refer to the Payment Options section for details (located under the Shopping tab).
- Photoworld will not be held responsible for delays in delivery due to poor weather conditions or the fault of the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to: Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand & UK.
- Duties, taxes and/or associated charges assessed upon delivery will be the responsibility of the recipient. Contact the appropriate local authorities for inquiries relating to potential customs charges.
- We will not misrepresent an item's value or declare as a gift.

Delivery Issues
- Lost Package – Tracking information is emailed to the buyer promptly after shipment. Contact us immediately if the item does not arrive by the shipping carrier’s indicated delivery date. A tracer investigation will be promptly initiated with the carrier on behalf of the buyer. A replacement or refund will be issued if the carrier is unable to provide satisfactory proof of delivery.
- Damaged Package – Do not open if the package appears to be damaged upon arrival. Contact us immediately so we may promptly notify the shipping carrier. After evaluation and the product's return, a replacement or refund will be issued if the carrier determines damage was due to their in-transit handling.
- Refused Shipment – If delivery is refused, a refund minus the shipping charge incurred to ship to the buyer and all return shipping charges will be issued after it is safely returned complete and unopened as originally shipped.
- Undeliverable Shipment – If the package could not be delivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for the item being returned back to us and then reshipped back to the buyer. If a refund is prefered over resending the order, shipping charges incurred for shipping to the buyer and all return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
